CalciCare™ Calcium Alginate Dressing
A sterile, reinforced non-woven alginate dressing composed of a high G (guluronic acid) calcium/sodium alginate. It is highly absorbent with an improved wet strength.
Features
- Reinforced for intact removal
- Soft and conformable, highly absorbent, and fast gelling
- Hemostatic properties may assist in supporting the control of minor bleeding in superficial wounds
- Helps maintain a moist wound environment
- Aids autolytic debridement, helping to facilitate wound healing
